School: The building, originally used as an agricultural school, is of considerable size in a poor general state of preservation. The building, with a rectangular plan, is on two floors above ground and a small underground portion, with masonry supporting structure and pavilion roof. The building was subject to several construction projects in the 1990s. Camp grounds: The building is situated in a tourism-recreational context represented by the tourist centre of Candeleto in which there are five buildings, three of which are made of masonry and reinforced concrete forming the reception and two bathrooms, two wooden bungalows, a prefabricated storehouse with wood panelling and a total of 76 camping spaces distributed on either side of a cobblestone road.
